8:30 - 10:15 A.M. Tips on Honing Your Vital Negotiation Skills – Lawrence Kahn, Adjunct Professor, University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, School of Business Administration.  Mr. Kahn has a Masters Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations.

10:30 - Noon Tour -  Board trolley in front of hotel and travel to SC Johnson world Headquarters for a tour of the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Administration Building.  You will see the Corporate Display and the Golden Rondelle Theater which graced the New York World’s Fair in 1964.

12:30 - 1:30 P.M. Lunch

1:30 - 2:30 P.M. Bureau of Procurement Update - Helen McCain, Director, DOA, Bureau of Procurement

2:30 - 2:45 P.M. Break

2:45 - 4:00 P.M. Humorous Motivational Presentation - Sky Skibosh, Media and Public Relations Director, Milwaukee Brewers.  Mr. Skibosh has held this position for nineteen years and is hilariously funny while still communicating key business principles.

4:10 - 5:10 P.M. Cooperative Purchasing - Team workshops

6:00 P.M. Dinner with Colleagues at the Grotto, 340 Main Street.  Dinner served at 7:00 PM.  A "networking" opportunity.

8:30 - 10:00 A.M.  Government Vehicle Leasing Bob Rothe and Mike Harrigan, Ehlers & Associates.  These gentlemen will discuss leasing of vehicles and give a general overview along with the pro's and con's of leasing in the public sector.  Mr. Rothe and Mr. Harrigan bring many years of experience with them and will make this discussion very interesting and informative.
