Hotel Information: A block of rooms has been set aside for Thursday & Friday nights, March 5 and 6.  You must make your reservation by Friday, February 15, 2008.  After that date, the remaining rooms will be released to the hotel.  The special daily room rate is $72/night single or double.  Taxes will not be charged with proof of exemption.   Remember, you must reserve your room February 15, 2008, to take advantage of the special rate.  Rooms and special rates are not guaranteed after that date.  Please make your reservation with the Radisson by calling (414) 257-3400. Registration Fees: include Continental breakfast(s) and lunch on Thursday and Friday and beverages and snacks during the meetings.  There will be no refunds except under very extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of the WAPP Executive Committee.

Notes:  WAPP membership must be effective no later than February 15, 2008 in order to obtain membership rates.  For membership information click HERE.

*A "Non-Member, First Timer" must be a governmental official who's responsibilities include or are related to public procurement.
** Wednesday evening Group Dinner cost must be borne by all attendees including Non-Member - First Timers.

Please be aware that those attending both days of this WAPP chapter conference may earn contact hours towards NIGP certification. Contact hours must be prorated for members who can attend only a portion of the meeting.  If interested, those attending both days may obtain an achievement award certificate at the end of the meeting on Friday to confirm their attendance and the number of hours earned towards their CPPB or CPPO.

Thursday Evening Dinner:  Dinner will be at the Cheesecake Factory, located across the street at the Mayfair Mall.  Preferred seating is available and you will order from the regular menu and pay at the restaurant.  The Radisson Hotel enables preferred seating.  If you plan to attend, please check the appropriate box below.
