How Hackers Steal Information – Joe Cicero, NWTC Network Specialist Instructor.  Mr Cicero will present a live demonstrtion of how hackers steal your personal information: over a wireless network (sniffing); over a wired network (sniffing); through public computer systems (keylogging); through websites (pharming); through E-mail (phishing); and from the Internet (google hacking).  You will learn ways to avoid getting ripped off.

12:30 - 1:30 P.M. Lunch

1:30 - 4:15 P.M. Contract Administration - Bill Davidson, Stearns County, Minnesota.  This training session will consist of discussion about typical contract administration problems and the specfication tools that are available to avoid or minimize these problems.  The attendee will have the opportunity, through a small group purchasing exercise, to apply these tools. (There will be a short break sometime during this session).

8:45 - 9:45 A.M.  Grand Central Station Presentation - Byron Gillin, NovuSolutions.  The state of Washington did it, why can’t we?  Byron will be presenting NovusVendor, an E-Procurement software application that gives Governmental agencies access to a true bid catalog where they can request pricing at one central location without cost to them - a One Stop Shop.
