Hotel Information: A block of rooms has been set aside at the Landmark Resort for Tuesday & Wednesday nights, June 3 & 4.  You must make your reservation by Thursday, May 15, 2008.  After that date, the remaining rooms will be released to the Resort.  The special room rate is $62/night single or double.  Taxes will not be charged with proof of exemption.   Remember to reserve your room by May 15, 2008, to take advantage of the special rate.  Please make your reservation with the LANDMARK RESORT by calling (800) 273-7877). Registration Fees:
include continental breakfast, beverages during meetings and lunch both days.  There will be no refunds of registration fees except under very extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of the WAPP Executive Committee.

Notes:  WAPP membership must be effective no later than March 30, 2008 in order to obtain membership rates.  For membership information click HERE.

* A "Non-Member, First Timer" (NMFT) pays no registration fee, if he or she is a public official who's responsibilities include or are related to public procurement and he or she has never attended a WAPP meeting.  However, a NMFT must pay for the Wednesday evening group dinner if attending.

Please be aware that those attending both days of this WAPP chapter conference may earn contact hours towards NIGP certification.  Contact hours will be prorated for members who attend only a portion of the meeting.  If you are interested, those attending both days may obtain an achievement award certificate, to confirm their attendance and the number of hours earned towards their CPPB or CPPO, at the end of the business meeting.
