This page will allow you to make payment for your event registration through PayPal with a credit card.  Please be certain to complete and submit either the Online Registration Form or complete and mail your Printer Friendly Registration Form before you make your payment using this page.

Please choose your appropriate WAPP membership status below and then select your attendance option from the drop-down.  Use the last item only if you and/or guests will attend the Thursday evening Networking Dinner.  The dinner is a highly recommended opportunity to network with your colleagues.  The $30 fee includes taxes and tip.  Menu selection must be made on the Registration form.

Note: You should receive an email acknowledgement of your online registration from the host within a day or two after you submit the registration form.  If you do not receive the acknowledgement, please contact Natalie Dixon at ndixon@cityofmadison.com to verify your registration.
