Anthony Bourget (Tony) is an intellectual property law attorney practicing in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright and computer law.  He drafts and files applications, conducts searches and renders opinions on a variety of subject matters.  He has a variety of clients whom he assists with related business consultation, strategic planning and licensing matters.

Tony is an Eau Claire native.  He received degrees in Mathematics and Physics with highest honors from the University of Wisconsin - Superior.  He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1991.

Tony began his Intellectual Property Law practice as an associate in the New York office of Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto (1991 - 1993).  He continued his Intellectual Property Law practice as a partner with an Eau Claire law firm, and in 2000 established bourgetlaw.com.

Tony is licensed to practice in various state (NY, MN, WI) and federal courts, and is a registered patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
