Membership Application or Inquiry

Membership in the Wisconsin Association of Public Purchasers is available to any current or retired public official (elected or appointed), who participates or participated in the purchasing process for his/her state, county, city, village, township, university, college, school district or special district.  Along with many other benefits, membership will entitle the member's employer to participate and be registered with Onvia DemanStar at no Charge.  DemandStar notifies registered vendors of member procurement opportunities and posts solicitation documents and bid results on their network.  This is a very valuable benefit to WAPP members and Vendors.  Go to the Members page for more detail. Members are also offered valuable training at reduced rates.  Membership provides access to a network of other public purchasers throughout the State of Wisconsin.  The value of membership far exceeds the annual membership fee - currently $40.
