Membership Inquiry

Membership in the Wisconsin Association of Public Purchasers is open to any public official (elected or appointed) who participates in the purchasing process for their agency, local government or educational institution. This includes state, county, city, village, township, school district, higher education institutions and special district officials and retirees of those jurisdictions.

Membership will entitle the member's employer to participate and be registered with Onvia DemanStar at no Charge.  DemandStar notifies registered vendors of member procurment opportunities and posts solicitation documents and bid results on their network.  This is a very valuable benefit to WAPP members.  Members will also be offered valuable training at reduced rates.  Membership provides a network of other public purchasers throughout the State of Wisconsin.  The value of membership far exceeds the annual membership fee - currently $25.
